Customer Loyalty Team
Position Summary
Although this is a company for women by women, we certainly do not wish to push away any man who wishes to apply. Just as long as you have the desire to help women obtain a healthy body image and you look good in posing trunks (just kidding). We are looking for friendly, passionate and dedicated individuals, who will impress each and every customer, to join our Customer Loyalty Team. The Customer Loyalty Team member is the first point of contact for customer inquiries, which include: new orders, returns, emails, live chat, exchange orders, and general product information.
Customer Loyalty Team Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answer all customer service phone calls from customers wishing to place orders

Answer all customer service phone calls from customers with questions about their order (shipping, delays, product questions, and more)

Handle all product returns and charge backs
-
Answer all inquiry emails
-
Carry out all general office activities, including, but not limited to intra/intercompany mail distribution, maintaining company files, receiving/distribution of phone calls.

Other responsibilities include day-to-day office administrative functions and various other tasks as assigned by management.

Online Marketing Manager
Position Summary
The online marketing manager is responsible for daily maintaining and optimization of our Blog, Google Ad words, MSN and Yahoo search accounts, as well as all the stuff we really don’t have a grip on. The online marketing manager also overseas our Blogging Associate and forum postings. We are looking for experienced online marketing professional to assume a leadership role in our company.
Online Marketing Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Daily maintenance of Google Adwords, Yahoo and MSN paid search accounts . optimization, bid strategy, keyword analysis and competitive positioning

Oversight of blogs, forums and other forms of online media

Strike partnerships with other healthy/fitness websites

Other ad online marketing activities
